Rachael Lassoff, Founder
Rachael is an event planner extraordinaire! She lives, breathes, and thinks about all the little details that go into the most special of days. Rachael has been in the industry for 15 years! Starting as a photographer and working her way to planning events, Dream Day Events was born in 2015 and Rachael never once looked back. Being in the industry for so long has enable Rachael to develop effective communication skills not only with her clients, but also with vendors. She can anticipate your needs and your vendors needs before you or they even realize them! She is your advocate all the way through, cheering you on, but also your coach, fighting your stress demons, saving you money and lots of time! Every step you take, she takes with you. More than events, helping people is Rachael's true passion. Everything she does comes from her heart. She carries that sentiment throughout other areas of her life, as she is very active in supporting Horizon House, a Philadelphia non-profit who serve over 5,000 people who suffer from mental illness, homelessness, and intellectual disabilities. Aside from playing fairy godmother and being a community helper, you can catch Rachael in the kitchen cooking to entertain her loved ones with her yummy treats. Her famous specialties are Beef Bourguignon, Jewish Apple Cake, and Cinnamon Rolls! |

Allison Goins, Associate Planner
Allison joined the Dream Day Events team in 2019. She started out with a thirst for all things events, and her natural talent for planning put her on the fast-track to become a truly wonderful partner.Early in 2020, Allison’s experience with event planning was put to the test when COVID-19 put all events on hold. She found herself navigating through an entirely new territory of the industry - working with clients and vendors to reschedule, reorganize, and re-plan every aspect of her clients’ events. While the industry and the world were turned upside down, Allison remained calm and collected for her clients. She does not back away from a challenge - she faces it head on with poise. Allison takes pride in the client and vendor relationships she has built over the years, and it shows just how much she truly cares about the work she does. Allison is a wife and a mother - but that certainly is not all! She loves all animals, she loves the outdoors, and she loves what we all love - good food.
