With 17 years in the industry, Rachael started as a photographer and worked her way up to event planning. Dream Day Events was born in 2015, and since then, Rachael hasn’t looked back. Her long-standing experience has enabled her to develop exceptional communication skills not only with her clients but also with vendors. She can anticipate your needs and those of your vendors before anyone even realizes them! She is your advocate all the way through, cheering you on, coaching you through stressful moments, and saving you both money and time. Every step you take, she takes with you. Beyond events, helping people is Rachael's true passion, and everything she does comes from the heart. Rachael carries that same sentiment into other areas of her life. She is actively involved in supporting Horizon House, a Philadelphia non-profit that serves over 5,000 people who face challenges related to mental illness, homelessness, and intellectual disabilities. When she’s not planning social events or contributing to her community, you can find Rachael in the kitchen, where she loves entertaining loved ones with her delicious treats. Allison Goins is a dedicated wedding planner with a passion for creating unforgettable celebrations. She began her journey in the wedding and event planning industry in 2019 under the mentorship of Rachael Lassoff at Dream Day Events. Her hands-on experience and keen eye for detail helped her flourish in the role. In 2022, Allison relocated to Nashville, where she took on the role of lead event designer and client manager at Cedarwood Weddings. During her nearly two years there, she honed her skills in crafting personalized and enchanting wedding experiences for over 50 couples. Now back in Philadelphia, Allison is excited to bring her expertise and creativity to the local wedding scene, helping couples turn their dream weddings into reality. With her unique blend of experience and a deep love for making magical memories, Allison is committed to ensuring that couples can fully enjoy every moment of their special day. |
